Single motor-driven turning roller

Single motor-driven turning roller is suitable for workpiece of various diameter,dual spacing in each group increase or decrease at the same time, two driven roller rotates by the output axis of the two reducer,simple constructed,lower cost,not suitable for changing various specification workpiece too often.

AC conversion frequency,speed adjust scope is wide,reliable,many self-protective and self-diagnosis function.

Can integrating with our company or other company’s welding manipulator,control intefratly.

Can accompany with the running equipment,the whole equipment including driven group and engaged roller moves on the fixed orbit,suitable for workpiece of different length and easy to settle centre fixture,whearea the locking device can stop the moving of the equipment.

Double motor -driven turning roller

In case of large tons equipment,so the double motor-driven turning roller is used,it’s advantage is large structure, easy to adjust the dual pacing,it’s disadvantage is large

equipment space,hard to move.

It consists of one driven group,one or more than one engaged group,two groups or more groups act independently,the pacing distance can be adjust with differernt workpiece,only make sure two or more than two groups are belong to the same concentric circles and parallelly.

The main body uses steel plate, profiled bar welding,turning roller is steel core,steel in side.

Speed control system uses import AC frequency converter, speed adjust scope is wide, stable speed,short time of start and trig, 

The design of equipment and safety accord with national standards. It has hand-control box, controlling cable of 15M. Hand-control box can adjust speed.
