ARC-ZD7-800/1000/1250/1500 Frequency converse rectifier are our company’s patent product,adopting the electric device IPM intelligent power module of the newest generation as the frequency converse part.

  • IPM is short for intelligent power module, highly density of integration ,lower cost,wide security work scope ,it has anti-overvoltage,anti-under voltage,anti-over current,anti-over temperature, tand etc.Apply IPM module as the switch part,so the welding machin is small volume,light weight,energy saving ,it is the fifth generation welding machine after SCR, BTR, VDMOS and IGBT.

·     ARC-ZD7-800/1000/1250/1500 Frequency converse rectifier has two characteristics ,one is constant –voltage the other is decreased,it can be used as the power source of overlaying welding for roller press and mill roller,self protective flux cored welding and CO2 protective welding with thick wire.

Tiny spatter,good formation,small volume,light weight and high efficiency etc.

It can equip with the welding machine head and other auxiliary device,automaticly sub-merged welding under the layer of flux,it can weld low carbide steel,alloy steel,steeless steel and other kind of alloys,it is an ideal welding equipment in power, metallurgy,chemical, petrochemical,boat,mine and communicating industry.
