Overlaying remanufacturing for the compound wear steel plate

The compound wear steel plate is made of  common carbon steel that is overlayed by the ARC's professional high hardness open-arc self一shielded welding wire and wear resistant  alloy,in the metallographic structure of the wear plate,the spread way of the carbide like the shape of the fiber,and the direction of the fiber is vertical to the wear plate surface,for the high heardness of the surface,the common carbide steel can not compare to the compound wear steel plate.

About the compound steel wear plate,we apply a special process procedure,the wear resistant layer has horizontal crack,the crack distort the shape of the wear plate like the common steel plate,that's why we can cut ,bend,weld them ,even it's hardness is more than HRC 60.

The wear resistant layer of the compound steel wear plate is mainly made of alloy carbide  consisted of  high chromiunm ,manganese,molybdenum,and columbite.the alloy carbide can remain strong stability,hardness,and anti-oxidation,that means it can be used in the condition of below 500℃.

The compound steel wear plate is a process of  metallurgical bonding between wear resistant layer and the base part of the steel plate,the high hardness of the carbide mount in the high-tough base part of the steel plate,it's has the advantages of hard and high-tough performance,the performance of resistance,the wear resistant layer can not fall down at all.
