So far as now,ARC has finished on line and off line remanufacturing for more than 200 power enterprises,the grinding mill type including ZGM、HP、RP、MPS、MLS、TRM、HRM,which almost covers most types of the medium speed grinding mills.

According to the aboudant sucessful practice,the life of the grinding rollers/segments are improved greatly ,the expenses of matenience and the labor are saved,with the help of ARC’s wear resistant material and remanufacturing technology.

Examples

12 pcs.coal grinding mill in Jungar Power Plant of Inner Mongolia,were in danger of stopping production because of the severe abrasion,after ARC’s on line overlaying remanufacturing ,not only the problem of abrasion is solved,but also prolong the service life of the grinding rollers/segments of the coal grinding mill,which solve our customer’s difficulty and bring huge economical effect to the customers.

In Shiheng power plants of Shandong,the life of grinding rollers of the coal grinding mill was only about 4000 hours,some times only 2000 hours ,after ARC’s off line overlaying remanufacturing ,the service life of the grinding rollers can reach more than 11000 hours which earned customer’s appreciation.

In Octomber of 2007,in Guigang Power Generation Co. Ltd of China Huadian Corporation,ARC finished overlaying remanufacturing the first phase of the project 2X600MW with 6 pcs.coal grinding mill ‘s roller set and liners at the same time by 10days with 7.5 tons wire consumption ,ARC broke the record of on line remanufacturing coal grinding mill quantity at the same time,solved the difficulty the customer thought they can not solve at all.

Yingkou power plant of China Huaneng Group ‘s original grinding roller life of coal grinding mill is about 6000 hous ,after ARC’s off line overlaying remanufacturing for them,the life of coal grinding roller becomes more than 11000 hours.
