High anti-wear hardfacing material
Recommendation:
Suitable for the hardfacing treatment of workpiece that need to endure strong wear and medium impulsive force,like weld repair,thermal mill roller/segment repair,cement vertical mill roller/segment, pulverizer roller repair,crusher hammer repair,also suitable for manufacturing the compound steel plate and overlaying the compound roller.
Material class : high anti-wear
Standard: GB10045-88 standard.
Material symbols:high-chromium,high-carbide,Fe-based hard alloy,also with Boron element.
Carbon content(%) :5.6
Chromium content （%）:32.0
Hardness of the welding wire :about 5-63 HRC
Welding material characteristic.
● After welding,the reacted compound carbide distributes in the base part of workpiece
●high anti-wear, generate austenite,welding wire contains primary carbide.
●Combination between Boron and Carbide extremely anti-wear.
●After welding,very limited deformability.
●it is can not be mechnical processed.

Welding note: inert gas is not necessary,AC/DC,the arc should be as short as possible.
