Recommendation:
Suitable for the hardfacing treatment of workpiece that need to endure strong wear and medium impulsive force,like weld repair,thermal mill roller/segment repair,cement vertical mill roller/segment, pulverizer roller repair,crusher hammer repair,also suitable for manufacturing the compound steel plate and overlaying the compound roller.
Characteristic:
After welding,the reacted compound carbide distributes in the base part of workpiece,high-stress rartion,good anti-wear,it is a professional material for repairing the wear-resistant surface of the rollers, after using this kind of wire,the average life of the roller last about 12000 hours .
Material class : high class anti-wear performance
Standard: GB10045-88 standard.
Material symbols:high-chromium,high-carbide,Fe-based hard alloy,also with Boron element.
Carbon content(%) :5.0
Hardness of the welding wire :about 59-63 HRC
