Composite overlaying manufactured grinding roller/segment is an emerging scientific method,the manufacturing process is the base part of the composite grinding roller/segment is overlayed by a certain thickness of high-hardness, wear resistant layer,the base part provide the thoughness, plasticity and so on,the surface of the composite grinding roller/segment provide the wear resistant performance.

 As so far,ARC has successfully produce many various specification’s grinding rollers/segments for Tianjin Cement Research Institute ,Hefei Cement Design Institute and many other cement enterprises.The life of the composite grinding rollers/segment is 2 times than the common new iron ones.
