High anti-wear hardfacing material
Recommendation:
Suitable for the hardfacing treatment of workpiece that need to endure strong wear and medium impulsive force,like weld repair,thermal mill roller/segment repair,cement vertical mill roller/segment, pulverizer roller repair,crusher hammer repair,also suitable for manufacturing the compound steel plate and overlaying the compound roller.
Welding material characteristic.
● General anti-impusive force performance
● Not suitable for cutting by fire,strong anti-falls
● Can not be mechnical processed.
● After welding,the reacted compound carbide distributes in the base part of workpiece
● As it can produce tiny,hard niobium carbide,which makes the primary carbide overlayed material has highly anti-wear performance.
● The application temperature should not beyond 650℃
