High anti-wear hardfacing material

Recommendation:

Suitable for the hardfacing treatment of workpiece that need to endure strong wear and medium impulsive force,like weld repair,thermal mill roller/segment repair,cement vertical mill roller/segment, pulverizer roller repair,crusher hammer repair,also suitable for manufacturing the compound steel plate and overlaying the compound roller.

Material class : high anti-wear

Standard:  GB10045-88 standard.

Material symbols:high-carbide,high- chromium Fe-based alloy.

Carbon content(%)  :5.0

Chromium content （%）:28.0

Hardness of the welding wire :about 58-62 HRC

 Welding material characteristic.

●      After welding,the reacted compound carbide distributes in the base part of workpiece

●high anti-wear, generate austenite,welding wire has primary carbide.

●when meet abrasion stress,it is extremely anti-wear

●it is easily burnished,and grinded,but neither suitable for cutting by fire nor mechnical processing.

●the application temperature should not beyond 550℃.
