ARC-GND-1 automatic overlaing robot for the inner bend pipe can be used in two situations,one is for the straight pipe,the others is for the bend pipe,which other company’s can not manufacture in China before.

Straight pipe diameter: Φ50mm～Φ500mm； length：≤2000mm； weight：≤2500Kg 
bend  pipe diameter: Φ150mm～Φ500mm； transition section：R350～R1200；angle of bend：90°； weight：≤2150Kg

Material: carbide steel,stainless steel,preheat ≤120º

Inner side of pipe welding:through fixtures and operation machine move together ,the automatic overlaying for the inner side of the pipe is achieved,through fixture,operation mahchine and positioner move together,overlaying for the inner side of the bend pipe is achieved.

This equipment can make the inner pipe of the usual steel pipe have the performance of anti-wear and anti-carrosion,less cost,longer life.
