建材工业机械标委会秘书长来我公司实地考察

2008年6月，经国家发展和改革委员会办公厅批准，由北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司作为标准起草单位的组长单位，制定《建材工业用耐磨件堆焊通用技术条件》。根据标准制定程序的要求，技术归口单位国家建筑材料工业机械标准化技术委员会秘书长穆惠民和副秘书长袁工于2008年8月21日冒雨到北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司的药芯焊丝生产基地和堆焊制造基地进行了实地考察。

在实地考察过程中，穆秘书长详细了解了嘉克公司的业务范围、生产历史、生产规模、技术水平、技术人员配备情况、质量控制水平、市场占有率、企业发展思路等。

通过考察，建材工业机械标准委员会增强了对嘉克公司起草上述标准的信心，同时也对嘉克公司起草标准的工作提出了指导性意见。

按照国家发展改革委员会对2008年行业标准项目计划的要求，《建材工业用耐磨件堆焊通用技术条件》应于2008年年底完成标准初稿的起草工作，然后按照计划进入征求意见、送审、报批等工作程序。
