北京嘉克与德国AR公司签订长期战略合作协议（图片）

    2007年11月中旬，德国AR机械制造有限责任公司董事长Hans-Peter Alsfasser先生来京与北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司就自动焊接设备、耐磨材料及硬面加工服务的合作事宜进行商谈，并签订了长期战略合作协议。

    德国AR公司坐落于德国北威州瓦尔堡市，于1994年创立，主要致力于焊接机器人技术、自动焊接系统等领域，是焊接专机、焊接成套设备和耐磨材料的专业生产商，2003年成为德国工业协会的职业教育定点实习基地。
   
    北京嘉克是在自动焊接设备、自动焊接专机、硬面堆焊领域处于国际先进地位的专业化公司，在国内的水泥行业和电力系统已拥有稳定的市场份额和良好的客户基础。

    此次战略合作关系形成后，双方将在生产自动焊接设备、耐磨材料及硬面加工服务方面展开更具吸引力的合作。德国AR公司将借助嘉克在中国的销售网络和品牌影响力，向中国市场引入德国先进的焊接技术和设备，并与中方共同开发和生产针对中国客户需求的高技术和高性能的工业装备。双方的合作必将带来技术、装备的进步和业务上的重大突破。
