北京嘉克电弧熔覆技术获国家创新基金支持

    2007年10月下旬，由北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司承担的“铁路列车挂钩钩舌电弧熔覆机器人”项目获得了科技部、财政部的科技型企业技术创新基金的无偿资助。
    本项目是基于电弧熔敷技术的创新，还包含和采用了熔覆规范参数动态规划控制技术、熔池状态传感及控制技术、焊枪姿态及位置控制技术——焊枪轨迹规划及路径规划、电弧弧长传感及跟踪技术、自适应排列熔覆焊道等几项关键技术，具有很高的技术含量。
    嘉克公司拥有电弧熔敷技术的国家发明专利，它不仅可对铁路列车挂钩勾舌进行修复，也可对电力和水泥行业的粉磨设备（如水泥生料/熟料立磨、煤立磨）的耐磨件进行硬面加工，使硬面加工效率大幅提高，同时也明显提高耐磨件的使用寿命。
    近年来，采用明弧堆焊技术，嘉克已为国内200多家水泥企业和电力企业的耐磨件进行了在线、离线堆焊修复，不仅切实解决了生产中的问题，而且产生了重大的经济效益和社会意义。嘉克在水泥行业中的冀东、山水、同力、华润、红狮、华新、中联、天瑞等集团公司都拥有大量成功的案例。在电力行业，嘉克堆焊修复的磨辊也比比皆是，正在为创造清洁能源而不停地运转着。
    嘉克坚持将技术创新作为企业发展的源动力。为了有效提高硬面加工的效率，嘉克公司又开发出电弧熔敷技术，与原有技术相比，电弧熔敷技术能大幅度提高硬面加工的效率，进一步节省施工时间，最大限度地为企业的正常生产创造可能。
