广西华润水泥（贵港）有限公司Polysuis立磨修复（图片）

    2007年10月，华润水泥（贵港）有限公司2#立磨磨盘衬板、磨辊经北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司在线堆焊后，已正常运行30天。

    该立磨为Polysius RM57/28/510型，磨辊、盘衬均磨损严重，不仅修复难度很大，而且工期要求非常紧，因此对于堆焊施工单位的技术水平、堆焊工艺、焊材选用、施工组织能力及现场经验等方面要求非常严格。

    嘉克公司是在国内硬面堆焊领域居于领先地位的专业化公司，多年来已为200多家水泥厂、电厂进行了磨辊/盘瓦堆焊修复，拥有丰富的经验、业绩和出色的施工能力。针对本项目，嘉克公司在贵港现场共安排了12台套在线明弧自动堆焊修复设备、20名施工人员，同时进行堆焊作业，仅用8天时间，完成了近10吨焊丝的堆焊施工，堪称国内最大规模的在线堆焊施工工程。

    甲方对嘉克的施工质量和服务水平给予如实客观的评价：“现场在线焊盘、辊均按预定计划完成。修复后的两套磨辊/盘已达到原始尺寸，辊、盘焊道成型好，质量达标准，焊前、焊后着色探伤检测均未发现（缺陷）裂纹。”
