嘉克耐磨堆焊技术在电力行业的应用实例

    随着我国经济建设的飞速发展，大型水泥、火电厂的不断建设，使得拥有立磨、中速磨煤机的厂家越来越多，如何延长磨机磨辊/盘瓦的使用寿命便成了厂家所面临的日益紧迫的难题。作为在中国硬面堆焊领域处于国际先进地位的专业化企业，嘉克公司不仅成功地解决了这一难题，而且在耐磨领域中取得了骄人的业绩。
    在电力行业中，嘉克公司针对国内火电厂的煤磨磨辊/盘瓦的实际磨损状况，开发设计了新一代磨煤辊明弧自动堆焊机、自保护耐磨焊丝及硬面堆焊修复工艺。多年来国内电厂的大量成功应用实践证明，嘉克的耐磨堆焊材料和修复技术能显著提升磨煤辊/盘瓦的使用寿命，进而提高发电厂的运行效益。

    迄今为止，嘉克已为近200家电力企业进行了在线、离线修复，涉及的磨辊型号包括MPS、MPE、MPF、HP、RP、ZGM等各种磨辊。例如内蒙古准格尔的12台磨煤机由于磨损严重，面临停机的危险，由嘉克公司实施在线修复后，不仅解决了磨损修复的问题，而且最大限度地延长了磨机使用寿命，解决了客户的难题，为企业带来了更大的经济效益。
 
    在山东石横电厂，磨机磨辊使用寿命仅为4000小时左右，最低时仅为2000多小时就得更换备件，经嘉克公司实施离线耐磨堆焊修复后，使用寿命达到15000小时以上，得到了用户的称赞。

    同样，经嘉克公司离线耐磨堆焊修复的华能营口发电厂磨煤机磨辊使用寿命由原来的6000小时左右提高到15000小时以上，解决了企业频繁更换备件和购买新品的费用，为企业节约了人力物力，降低了企业成本。
 
    在电力系统，这样的案例还有很多。
