DVS国际青工焊接比赛“嘉克杯”国内选拔赛在北京地铁车辆厂开幕

    2009年5月16日，DVS国际青工焊接比赛国内选拔赛在北京市地铁运营有限公司车辆厂开幕，下午进行正式比赛。出席嘉宾有北京市市总工会副主席原增锁，中国机械工程学会秘书长张彦敏，北京地铁运营公司党委书记齐书志，北京地铁第一运营公司徐小林先生。北京地铁第一运营公司刘建先生。中国工程建设焊接协会常务副理事长兼秘书长刘景凤女士；北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司董事长刘振英，唐山鸿鹏阿尔马泰焊机有限公司副总经理樊怀宇先生，以及林德王乘东先生，出席开幕式的还有中国工程建设焊接协会，机械工程学会焊接学会、中国焊接协会、中国职工焊协、首钢公司工会。开幕式由北京市职工技协秘书长薛正禾主持。

　　这次选拔赛由中国机械工程学会、市总工会和市科协共同主办，北京市职工技术协会、北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司承办，北京地铁运营有限公司、北京燃气集团有限公司协办。本次大赛得到了全市各企业的高度重视，共有来自北京电子科技职业学校、首钢高级技工学校、地铁运营有限公司车辆厂、北京巴布科克威尔科克公司的81名选手报名参加本次选拔赛。大赛将选拔出7名选手赴德参加由德国焊接协会举办的DVS国际青工焊接比赛。

　　本次对抗赛题目参照德国工业标准（DIN EN 287）制定：1、焊条电弧焊：板对接平焊；2、CO2气体保护焊：板对接平焊；3、手工钨极氩弧焊：板对接横焊；4、气焊：板对接横焊。

　　大赛将于5月17日结束，获得选拔赛各单项前三名的选手及参赛单位由中国机械工程学会、北京市职工技术协会颁发荣誉证书。参加DVS国际青工焊接比赛优胜者可获得按照德国工业标准（DIN EN 287）制定并颁发的焊工证书及相应的物质奖励。

　　大赛组委会表示，举办这次大赛的主要目的是通过国际技术交流活动，更多地了解国外技术发展动态，选拔培养焊接行业高技能人才，开阔他们的眼界，检验北京与工业化发达国家在焊接技术方面的差距，以此激发广大职工学习钻研焊接技术的积极性，提高实际操作能力，促进我市焊接技术水平的提升。希望通过这次赛事，引起社会各界对焊接技术发展和高技能人才选拔培养工作的重视，加强新技术、新材料、新工艺、新设备的推广，促进焊接技术应用水平的提高，最终建设一支能够满足首都经济社会发展需要的高技能人才队伍。
