大家好！
首先，请允许我代表2012北京“嘉克杯”国际焊接技能大赛组委会及大赛承办单位——北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司，对参赛的70名各国选手、裁判员及各位来宾的到来表示热烈的欢迎和真诚的感谢！
为了促进国际企业间的技术交流与合作，共同提高焊接技术水平，主办方国务院国有资产监督管理委员会为大家搭建了这个竞技的舞台。在接下来的一周里，各国选手们将在这里共同谱写新的篇章，美丽的“焊花”将在大家的汗水和热情中绽放！
当2010年5月的首届北京“嘉克杯”国际焊接技能大赛圆满落幕时，我们就有了一个新的期待，期待有这么一个场合，可以让更多的国际焊接技能精英聚集在一起，能够一起切磋、一起竞技。时隔两年，我们再一次相聚北京，相聚“嘉克杯”。北京欢迎您！嘉克欢迎您！
大赛充满了机会、充满了悬念，也将更多地呈现出参赛选手对焊接技能的信心和敢于挑战的精神。在比赛的这些天里大家可以相互交流、相互帮助，我祝愿参赛代表们在大赛中收获的不仅仅是奖牌，更是真诚，更是友谊！
我们感谢各国参赛代表，感谢你们参赛的勇气，感谢你们展现自我的精神，感谢你们对整个大赛的配合；同时还要感谢大赛的协办单位——中国石油工程建设协会焊接专业委员会、中国石油大庆焊接技术培训中心、黑龙江省职工焊接技术协会；感谢大赛支持单位——德国焊接技术与培训研究所（GSISLV）、中国建材机械工业协会焊接专委会。
本次大赛得到了以上单位以及来自乌克兰、斯洛伐克、保加利亚、白俄罗斯、韩国、德国和中国的各参赛单位、领导的大力支持，我们对此表示衷心的感谢。唐山松下公司、伊达高科公司、北京万丰达、四川大西洋、凯天环保、北京罗创等单位对大赛的成功举办给予了重要帮助，今天到会的各个媒体对本次大赛的关注和宣传也将给大赛添彩，让我们一并表示感谢！

Greeting Speech
Honorable Deputy Director of SASAC Jiang Zhigang, distinguished guests：
Good morning！
First of all, on behalf of the Organizing Committee of 2012 BJ "ARC Cup" International Welding Competition and the organizer of this competition-Beijing Arc Xinxing Science and Technology Co., Ltd. I would like to extend my warm welcome and sincere thanks to all the guests, referees and contestants from 70 different countries.
With the vision of enhancing technology exchange and cooperation among enterprises from around the world, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, which is also the host of this competition, provides us with this stage for skill exchange. A new chapter will be written by all the contestants in the following week, a most beautiful “welding flower” will blossom out of their passion and perspiration!
May 2010 witnessed a great success of the first BJ "ARC Cup" International Welding Competition. From that time, a new expectation has been growing in our mind: we wish there would be one grand occasion where more excellent international welders would gather together, discussing and exchanging their expertise. Now two years have passed and now we are gathering here again in Beijing for the ARC Cup Competition. Welcome to Beijing! Welcome to ARC Cup!
This competition will be full of opportunities and suspenses. It is more of an exhibition of the competitors’ confidence and courage to take challenges. During the competition, contestants will not only compete with but help and learn from each other. I wish apart from metals, it is trust and friendship our delegates will gain from this competition。
We appreciate the conrage and confidence of all the delegates as well as their cooperation; we also want to say thank you to all the support given by our co-organizers. They are: the Special Committee of China Association of Petroleum Engineering Construction, CNPC Daqing Welding Trainning Institute, and Heilongjiang Staff Welding Technology Association. Also our thanks go to all the supporters for this competition.--- GSISLV and the Special Committee of China Building Material Machinery Association.
We would like to express our thanks for the great support from the above organizations, as well as delegations and leaders from Ukraine, Slovakia, Bulgaria, The Republic of Belarus, Korea, Germany and China. Our thanks also go to the following corporations. They are: Panosonic Tangshan Co., EWM Group, Wan Fengda Beijing Co. Sichuan Atlantic Welding Co. Kaitian Environmental Technology Co. and Beijing Luo Chuang Co. And the attention and promotion from the mass media also give us great honor. Thank you all!
As the organizer of this competition, I on behalf of BJ Arc Xinxing Science and Technology Co. hope that all the leaders, distinguished guests and contestants would have a wonderful time in BJ, and we wish everyone staying happy and healthy.
