　　大家好！

　　为促进国际企业间的技术交流与合作，共同提高焊接技术水平，由中国国务院国有资产监督管理委员会主办、中国机械工程学会协办、北京嘉克新兴科技有限公司承办的2010北京“嘉克杯”国际焊接技能大赛即将举行。在此，大赛组委会对来自各国的参赛选手、裁判员及各位来宾表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢！

　　本次大赛是国际焊接界的一次盛会，也是中外焊接精英同台竞技、相互学习、结识新朋、延续友谊的一次聚会，它必将对促进国际焊接技术进步、提高企业产品质量、选拔和培养高技能人才等方面起到积极的推动作用。

　　在本次大赛筹备过程中，中国国务院国有资产监督管理委员会、中国机械工程学会及来自德国、韩国、捷克、美国和中国的各参赛单位、领导为本次大赛做了大量的筹备和组织工作，让我们对他们付出的努力表示衷心的感谢。

　　同时，北京万丰达、北京艾玛泰克、德国ESS、Thermadyne、苏州米加尼克、武汉铁锚、四川大西洋、长沙凯天、北京普莱克斯、3M公司、首钢技师、焊接21世纪等单位对大赛的成功举办给予了大力支持，让我们一并表示感谢！

　　ladies and gentlemen!
　　To promote the communication and cooperation between countries and enterprises,to advance the welding capability jointly,2010 Beijing ARC Cup International Welding Competition is being host by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission , organized by Beijing ARC Xinxing Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. In collaboration with Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society is opening,Warmly welcome and sincerely thank all the foreign competitiors ,judges,and all the guests.
　　The competition is a grand gathering for international welding communication.,for the Chinese and foreign welding elite competing on the same stage,for mutual learing,getting to know the new friends ,enhancing the old friendship,it certainly will promote the progress of welding technology,improving the quality of enterprise’s product ,selecting and training high-level technicians.
　　I am grateful to State-owned Assets and Administration Commission, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society,and the all the companies which have participated this competition from Germany,Korea, Czech,American,and China,for they have done a lot of prepared and organizing wok for the competition.
　　My thanks also go to Beijing WanFengda,Beijing Elmatech,Geramny ESS,Thermadyne,Suzhou Migatronic,Wuhan Temo,Sichaun Atalantic, Changsha Kaitian, Beijin Praxair Inc.，3M company.Shougang Technician College,and Welding 21st century.which all have contributed a lot to make sure the competition succeed.
